Tiffany and Alexis, co-founders of Pioma Home, came up with the idea to create their premium Airbnb concierge service after the birth of their twins. It’s a dual family adventure that they pursue with passion and enthusiasm, driven by a shared commitment to providing excellent service to both property owners and travelers.
First, two births...
After the arrival of our twins, we realized while trying to book our first family vacation that there were few accommodations that met the needs of a family with babies under one year old.
...then another, Pioma Home.
Passionate about travel and entrepreneurship, we decided to create an Airbnb concierge that offers property owners a tailored service and provides travelers with a personalized experience, with a specific focus on families.
As a nod to our journey, we chose to name our concierge Pioma, a blend of our two sons’ names, Pio and Malo, without whom we would never have embarked on this adventure.
